In order to deliver our customers the best products possible, we strive to provide the highest quality products. Throughout the development process, we test each product extensively to ensure that it meets the highest standards of compatibility, fit, finish, ease of use, and quality. You should contact our returns department within 30 days of the shipment date if you are not satisfied with a product. By getting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, we will be able to track the return process.

  • If you are willing to return a product, you must contact Terahertz Store within 30 days from the date that you accept your item.
  • Our RMA department will send you an email with instructions on how and where to return the products once we receive your RMA request.

It is recommended that you check your spam/junk folder for the instructional email.

  • The RMA approval date must be within ten days of the date when the RMA is to be sent back. Otherwise, the return may be refused, and the full amount of the transaction, including shipping fees, will not be refunded.
  • The processing of your return will take 15 business days once we have received your return. There may be a supplementary processing time for items that are considered to be Drop Ship / Direct Shipment from manufacturers.
  • There will be no refund for delivery charges (including the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee).
  • Unless a return authorization number is provided, packages sent to us will not be accepted.
  • A restocking fee of 10-30% will apply to all returns unless the item has been damaged in transit or is flawed.
  • The sale of authorization items is final and cannot be returned.
  • As long as a receipt is provided, all contracts begin from the date of purchase. Purchases made through the online brand store are only eligible for this discount.
